Starring Will Forte as the charismatic Tandy, the self acclaimed last man on Earth. After a mysterious virus wiped out the human population, Tandy is the last man alive. It tells the story of Tandy as he goes on a journey of discovery, friendship, love and adventure.
This is one sick comedy, bordering on the hilarious and sometimes disgusting antics of Tandy( Will Forte), and his new found family. The show delivered four solid seasons of unfettered comic presentation. While I may have been disgusted by some scenes, it never failed to deliver some amazing and hilarious scenes, and hey, we did have some cool cliffhangers , some good conflicts too, resolved in pretty awkward fashion.
Whereas some people have been disappointed that it was "not renewed", I am actually very much impressed at the point the show runners decided to put a screw in the works. The idea was to have a show about the last man on Earth, then he had a family, and in the finale, we found a whole community of human survivors!! Need we continue with the whole idea of " the last man on Earth"? I think not! Maybe One Punch Man should take a pointer from this🙏🙏
While the show rolled on, it was fun, it took us on a trip of discovery, new lives were brought into the world, Tansy grew in personality, and became Mature! Yep, perfect point to end the show.
While the show is not renewed, it definitely is not Cancelled!!
Amazing Show, an Over achiever, Definitely won't shy away from another Will Forte Masterpiece!
Solid 8/10 for this one!
