BALLERS
Another HBO Blockbuster to hit the screens a while back. We all are fully aware HBO don't play around, with series like the celebrated  GOT, Entourage and Westworld et al within their arsenal..

Well, this right here gives you a ball tingling sensation you most definitely look forward to every week and then some. Having said that, let's delve into it then; the series is built around ex Pro American Football player, Spencer Srtrasmore (Dwanye Johnson) who during his last years as a pro baller and in an impulsive decision advised against by his financial manager Andre (Andy Garcia) at the time, sank a lot of money into a real estate deal which turned out to be a really bad investment, leaving the ball player broke as can be.
The ex Pro baller had to seek other avenues to make some paper post football, hence the entire plot of the movie. As the series progresses we see how Spence tries to reinvent himself into and as a financial manager with the help of his bro from the other side of town Joey Krutel (Rob Corddry) who gave him his first shot at the Wall Street life under the auspices of Anderson Financials which further birthed  Anderson Sports Management (ASM) and they went ahead to become full blown partners in all sorts of money making sports related ventures, from Pro-ballers finance  management to owning a stadium and the likes.

Alrighty, here's a season to season breakdown as is;
First season borders on the whole building blocks of ASM, the hunting for clients, the hustle from ground up etc. Featuring The likes of  Dwanye Johnson, J D W, Omar Benson Miller etc.
Season 2: ASM begins to gain a little ground. This season introduced Andre another Big Gun in the financial management circle, whom Spencer went up against... you'll see how that goes.
Season 3:  Spencer and Joey partner up with the Andersons and face other challenges including trying to build a Football Stadium.
Season 4: ASM takes it to the next level- Extreme X Sport... Also going up against the NCAA..bad idea.
Generally, the series is dope, one hell of an American Comedy that keeps you hooked.
Runtime: 30 mins
Creator: Stephen Levinson.
Producers: Bret Slater, Peter Sussman...
Ex Producers: Mark Wahlberg, Dwanye Johnson...
FCA Rating: 8/10
Y'all should do well to see this one...it's a good ride.
